Bush fruit and nuts
Valley of the Mist has long been growing high quality Australian bush food and condiments in bulk form and in innovative processed products from their plantation at Talarm just behind Macksville NSW. Lemon Myrtle, Lilli Pilli, Davidson Plums, Finger Limes, Riberries, Macadamia Nuts, Aniseed Myrtle and Warrigal Greens are grown on the property in a wholly sustainable and environmentally responsible manner.
