Valley
of the Mist bush tucker and nature tours
Just west of Macksville in Australia's
Nambucca Valley you'll find a bush tucker farm surrounded by
beautiful bushland and adjoining an incredibly rich saltwater wetland
full of waterbirds, fish and crustaceans. This 106 acre property has
been owned and nourished by the Spalding then Ryan Families since 1909 and adjoins 130
acres of tidal marshland, streams and estuary habitat connected to the
Nambucca River.

Valley of the Mist has long been growing high quality Australian bush
food and condiments in bulk form and in innovative processed
products
from their plantation at Talarm just behind Macksville NSW. Lemon
Myrtle, Lilli Pilli, Davidson Plums, Finger Limes, Riberries, Macadamia
Nuts, Aniseed Myrtle and Warrigal Greens are grown on the property in a
wholly sustainable and
environmentally responsible manner.

interesting walking tours
of the bush fruit and nut farm or canoe tours
of the marine and wildlife wetland. The
tour prices are extremely reasonable and whichever tour you select,
you'll have the opportunity to taste our products, enjoy a snack, light
lunch or full gourmet meal.
