TOUR 1
Bush Tucker Taste & Tour
We head off on a guided tour the "what's in season" section of the property. Farmer Dennis will be your guide and commentator as you inspect our plantation. Depending on the season you will view and taste a variety of bush fruits, nuts and condiments. The tour concludes with a cup of tea of coffee with a sampling of our own very tasty packaged products.

TOUR 2
Bush Tucker Group Tour & Dessert
This tour provides everything included in Tour 1 plus a gourmet bush tucker fruit pancake with ice cream, tea and coffee. Simply scrumptious!
Approx Duration: 2 to 2½ hours
Minimum Party of: Group of 10 persons or more.
Cost per Person: $12

TOUR 3
Gourmet Lunch & Bush Tucker Tour
You get the full tour described in Tour 1 above and then you conclude with a sit down lunch including a bushman's roll based on a multi award winning local sausage, dressed with our own Davidson Plum sauce then placed in a fresh bread roll. This is followed by our bush fruit and nut pancake with ice cream and a cup of tea or coffee. It's quite memorable and really excellent value for money.

TOUR 4
Wetlands Canoe Tour
Dennis or Keith will guide you on this water wonderland tour through the sensational wetland acres adjoining Valley of the Mist. Over 110 birds have been officially identified in these streams. Get close up and personal with many rarely seen species like the Jabiru, Royal Spoon, Azure Kingfisher and many more. And would you believe that for a good part of the year we play host to a colony of over 400 black swans! This is also a rich marine habitat and breeding ground for many of the local river fish, prawns and crabs. Although we can't guarantee precisely what you'll see on any given day, we promise you a rare wildlife treat in this pristine estuarine wetland. At the end of the canoe tour you can relax with morning tea, coffee and biscuits.
